This poor review is not aimed to the content of the book, but to the quality of the print. Looks like the size of the letters was chosen to be as small as possible to make it use as little amount of paper as possible, which makes the reading difficult. What they call index doesn't have page numbers, so it is actually a "content listing". Some pages contain only one line of text, and the next page is still in the same paragraph (???) Overall, it makes me feel ashamed of the claim in the last page: "Made in USA". This is what I would expect from a "Made in some cheap country" claim.

Recomiendo este libro a todos aquellos que quieren crecer en la vida interior y en la libertad del espíritu. Especialmente es de ayuda a ellos que pasamos por tribulaciones y pruebas a lo largo de nuestras vidas y a lo que nos cuesta entenderlo. Ayuda mucho este libro a conocer el significado de una vida siguiendo a Cristo, lo que contrasta mucho con la vida actual y moderna y que si. Embargo es importante para encontrar un balance y equilibrio.
Recomendado para crecer espiritualmente, muy sencillo de entender.
Esta obra no es para ser leída de corrido, sino poco a poco, progresiva y meditativamente con el fin de ir haciendo carne sus consejos e ir entrando aplomadamente en su espíritu.

Un libro importantísimo para los católicos. Es una guía espiritual para confiar en Dios por sobre nuestras pasiones, deseos y voluntades. Ciertamente si nos despreciarnos a nosotros mismos hallaremos la salvación de nuestra alma.
Es un libro extraordinario pero aunque la tradución ha sido actualizada es aún un poco dificil de leer.
Glad to get the Imitation of Christ book in Spanish. Typeset and presentation not good. Needs a proper forward and some historical background for the Spanish edition. Crammed too much information in each page. Better to have a thicker book with better typeset, font and presentation. Book too good for shoddy presentation. Need a better Spanish version updated online......
